What we do for you.
Warehousing
Stock held in our 3PL partner's warehouse. More locations can be added through the contract at agreed terms, subject to the GST registration each new state needs.
Pick, pack and dispatch
Orders from your store and marketplaces packed and shipped.
Pan-India delivery
Couriers booked through our aggregator partner, chosen on cost and delivery time, and courier bills can be audited against declared weight and contracted rates.
Cash-on-delivery checks
New cash-on-delivery buyers asked to confirm on WhatsApp, risky orders flagged, and undelivered and returning (RTO) parcels tracked daily.
Returns
Returns received and checked by our warehouse partner; stock that can be resold goes back on the shelf, and stock that cannot is set aside.
Stock planning
Stock planned to forecast so dead stock stays minimal; slow movers are not stocked beyond forecast, and a reorder follows when sales run ahead.

What happens to returns?
Returns are received, checked and restocked, and damaged stock is set aside.
Do you plan stock?
Yes, to forecast. We keep dead stock to a minimum, so slow movers are not stocked beyond forecast; if a product sells ahead of forecast, we reorder.
Do you check courier charges?
Yes. Courier bills can be audited against declared weight and contracted rates, and overcharges disputed.
